Insurance & Payment Information
Individual service fees are determined by several factors, including the type of treatment, the complexity of the procedure, and your insurance coverage. All patients will be informed of fees before treatment is started.
We understand that your dental or medical insurance may not cover the entire cost of your treatment, but our team will make every effort to maximize your coverage and your reimbursement. Our financial coordinator is available to discuss different treatment plans, financial options, and answer any of your questions before you leave the office.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept HSH/FSA cards.
Cornerstone Periodontics and Implant Dentistry accepts many dental insurance plans. Our insurance specialists will electronically file your insurance claim for you. Please note that you are responsible for all fees charged by Cornerstone Periodontics and Implant Dentistry regardless of insurance coverage.
If needed, our specialists will also assist you in obtaining third-party financing through CareCredit or CHERRY if your insurance falls short of fully covering your prescribed procedures.
Most insurance companies respond to insurance claims within 4-6 weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within this time frame. Any balance that remains after insurance coverage is the responsibility of the patient.
